Setup
- Stand tall facing the cable with elbows near your sides.
- Grip the attachment and brace lightly.
- Begin with forearms around parallel or slightly above.
How To Perform It
- Extend the elbows until the arms are straight.
- Keep the upper arms mostly still.
- Return under control without letting the shoulders roll forward.

- Elbows drifting forward and back.
