• Workout logs, check-ins, energy ratings, and notes you enter into the Client Portal
• Communications you send us (email, consultation forms, etc.)

Information collected automatically:

• Basic website usage data (e.g., pages visited) via standard hosting analytics
• Client Portal login activity, associated with your unique client link and PIN

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide coaching services, including programming, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking
• Process payments and manage your coaching subscription
• Communicate with you about your coaching, scheduling, and account
• Maintain and improve the Client Portal and our Services

• Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., Zoho for invoicing/payments, our Client Portal hosting provider) and are bound to handle your information appropriately

• With your explicit consent, such as when you sign a Testimonial & Results Release authorizing us to share your results publicly

We do not share your health, fitness, or coaching data publicly or with any third party for marketing purposes without your separate, written consent.

4. Client Portal Access

Your Client Portal account is protected by a unique client link and a six-digit PIN. You are responsible for keeping this PIN confidential. If you believe your Portal access has been compromised, contact us immediately at al@alscottfitness.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you are an active client, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and business record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your data as described in Section 7, subject to our legal retention requirements.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including restricting Client Portal access via unique credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
• Withdraw consent for any testimonial or public use of your results at any time by emailing al@alscottfitness.com
