Setup
- Adjust the seat so the handles sit around mid-chest height.
- Place your feet firmly and keep your back supported.
- Grip the handles and set your shoulders down and back.
How To Perform It
- Press the handles forward smoothly.
- Stop short of forcing the elbows into lockout.
- Return under control until you reach a comfortable chest stretch.
