Setup
- Set a rope on the lowest cable position.
- Face away from the stack and step forward so the cable stays tensioned.
- Hold the rope between the legs with a stable stance.
How To Perform It
- Push the hips back while keeping the spine controlled.
- Drive the hips forward to stand tall.
- Finish with the glutes without leaning backward.

“Hips back, then hips through - the cable should not pull you into a squat.”
Common Mistakes
- Squatting instead of hinging.
- Overextending the lower back at the top.
- Standing too close to the stack.
